The book, in collective format, aims to analyze the instruments adopted in the EU within the framework of its economic policy to deal with the pandemic. The recovery instrument and the recovery and resilience mechanism are analyzed essentially, but also other measures adopted by the European Central Bank, the European Investment Bank and the ESM (European Stability Mechanism).
